Services Offered through our Corporate Wellness Program include: Stress Management, Weight Management, Smoking Cessation, Time Management, Team Building, Self Confidence Building, and Reiki Relaxations Sessions. 

Working closely with each of our Corporate Partners we create a unique program designed to meet the needs of their employees.   Our workshops are offered in multiple formats, including time frames ranging from 2 hours to all day sessions.
